Swimables 77707-0001 Bypass Valve Replacement Kit for Pentair Mastertemp and Max-E-Therm Pool and Spa Heater

Compatibility: Designed to work with 460730, 460732, 460734, 460736, 460805, 460806, SR200NA. SR333NA, SR400NA. SR400HD Assembly (Step 1): Turn off system and all electrical power from the breaker. Get rid of Drain Plug under the Inlet/Outlet Manifold to empty the heater. Loosen the inlet/outlet piping unions. Unscrew the Thermal Regulator Plug. Get rid of the Thermal Regulator at the side of the spring attached to it. Assembly (Step 2): Get rid of the Inlet/Outlet Manifold by putting off the 10bolts holding the Manifold to the tube sheet. Carefully pry the bottom plate off of the Manifold. The manifold O-ring and insert will come off with the bot-tom plate Assembly (Step 3): Get rid of the baffle plate to realize get right of entry to to the Internal bypass valve chamber. Get rid of the bypass valve assembly and replace it with a new one. Assembly (Step 4): To interchange the valve, reverse the steps listed above. Use the Swimables bypass to verify your heater is back up and running very quickly!
